Returns and Exchanges

We are pleased to accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing us at info@drishyalinen.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Ship the items back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to provide a hassle-free return experience, certain items are exempt from our return policy due to their unique nature. We are unable to accept returns for the following items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Customized items: These products are tailored to your specifications and, therefore, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • "DONATION" or "SALE" products: Please be aware that items labelled as "DONATION" or "SALE" are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Orders for these items cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
  • Gift cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift card purchases.

Conditions of Return

  • The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Falls Church, VA.
